1 - The botanic garden

The botanic garden is composed of many palm trees, rosebeds, Mediterranean plants such as citrus fruits, olive trees and the traditional umbrella pine. Many rare species also adorn this space such as Ginkgo biloba, Camphor tree, Aleppo pine, and also the majestic Atlas cedar.

2 - Provencal museum of costume and jewel

The museum now owns an exceptional private collection of Provencal costumes and jewels from the 18th and 19th Centuries: dresses, embroidered petticoats, lace ornaments, headdresses ... These clothes tell the story of Provencal women, peasants, craftswomen and. women living in bastides of the region.

The Fragonard Museum is located in the Hotel de Villeneuve, a magnificent historic building restored in the spirit of the large 18th Century mansions of Grasse. Dedicated to the painter Jean-Honoré Fragonard (1732-1806) and two other artists from Grasse, Marguerite Gérard (1761-1837) and Jean-Baptiste Mallet (1759-1835).

4 - Notre Dame du Puy Cathedral

The cathedral, with its architecture influenced by Liguria and Lombardy, owns many art objects, six stained glass windows and four statues representing the four evangelists (Saint Matthew, Saint Mark, Saint Luke and Saint John) as well as paintings by Rubens.

The garden bears the Pauline Borghese name, younger sister of Napoleon Ist. It offers an exceptional panorama on the city of Grasse and further, to the bay of Cannes. The garden of Italian inspiration includes many spaces dedicated to children and is surrounded by two terraces planted with olive trees.
