CAP D'AIL
Cap d'Ail occupies a special place on the French Riviera, the gateway to Monaco. Located between the sea and the mountains, it will enchant you with its natural environment, its beaches, its protected shoreline and the "Tête de Chien" massif rising to 550 metres. The coastal path, a 3.6 km walk, allows you to explore the richness of the Mediterranean flora and the architecture of the Belle Époque villas. Used by many famous people such as Winston Churchill, Greta Garbo, the Lumière brothers, Sacha Guitry and the Russian imperial family, these villas are testimony to the town's prestigious past. On the higher ground, the panoramic paths provide outstanding scenery, set against the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea as far as the eye can see. The gardens, where Mediterranean and exotic species flourish, are perfect places for a stroll.
